Shutdown or Reboot with just 1 touch

Time for our final version of this handy utility, for use in MS Windows 98/95 or NT. It worked in a beta of Windows 2000 as well by the way.
The 1999-release runs even faster and in stealth-mode:
You won't see it with Control-Alt-Del anymore. =8-)
We wanted to make it THE QUICKEST 32-bit Shutdowner available on the planet; Exits and/or Reboots Windows 98/95/NT by 1 click in the taskbar.. and hey, check this out: Just 1 file, the executable. We thought others were too big, slow, or at least need 2 mouse-clicks or extra files, where this baby only requires ONE!

INSTALLATION

Copy SHUTZ.EXE to a directory of your choice
(directly under C:\Program files\ for example),
then simply run it once from its resting place. After that it runs each time you start Windows, no "shortcut to" or any other fancy install-procedure. It appears as (S) in your taskbar.

SHUTDOWN

Click on the tray-icon with your LEFT mouse-button. Shutdown occurs in the fastest method we could come up with. According to all programs still running with unsaved business SHUTZ does NOT override the usual prompting (=100% safe). It may bypass the normal high and low-level procedures to exit, but it is NOT dangerous and causes NO damage. You must be really stupid if you let this little darling mess something up, so no disclaimer or warranty this time around !
Hey try and sue us for this why don't you?

REBOOT

Click on the tray-icon with your RIGHT mouse-button. Windows will now RESTART (instead of shut down).

QUIT

We see no reason to ever do so, but you can Quit or Cancel SHUTZ at any time by clicking with the LEFT mouse-button on the tray-icon while holding down the SHIFT-key. This removes SHUTZ from the taskbar (and memory).

UNINSTALL

We see even less reason to ever do so, but you can prevent SHUTZ from installing itself in memory by clicking with the RIGHT mouse-button on the tray-icon while holding down the SHIFT-key. This removes SHUTZ from the taskbar (and memory) and also disables it from running next time you start.

UPDATING

If you had a version from before october 1998 installed, do this:
Remove it from memory with one RIGHT mouse-click on the red icon. After that, delete the executable file (and its reference point if you had one).

NOTES

We added NO copyright-texts or Versioninfo or other memory/time-wasting non-sense to the executable. One can barely measure the memory it uses, in other words: you won't feel a thing having it running in the back. It also runs as a 'service routine' now; Invisible to the user.
